How campaign credits work
Credits are prepaid slots for running UGC campaigns. You choose a duration when you buy; that duration is tied to the credit until you use it on a campaign.
Create your business account
Sign up through the Business Portal with your activation code. During signup you choose your first campaign credit tier and complete checkout.
Buy campaign credits
Each credit is a one-time purchase for a specific duration tier (30, 60, or 90 days). Buy credits anytime from your dashboard when you need to run another campaign.
Launch a UGC campaign
When you publish a campaign, one unused credit from the matching tier is applied. That credit sets how long the campaign can run—up to the number of days you purchased.
Creators join and post
Local creators claim seats on your campaign, visit your business, and submit authentic content. You review submissions in your dashboard.
Good to know
- One credit, one campaign. Each published campaign consumes exactly one credit from the tier you select (30-, 60-, or 90-day).
- Credits don't expire while unused—you can hold credits and launch campaigns when you're ready.
- Multiple credits. If you own several credits in the same tier, the oldest unused credit is applied first.
- Need a different length? Buy the tier that matches how long you want the campaign to run. You can't change a credit's duration after purchase.
