How campaign credits work

Credits are prepaid 30-day units. Apply them when you create a campaign, add more while it is still running, or revive a completed campaign with a new start date.

Create your business account

Sign up through the Business Portal with your activation code. During signup you purchase your first campaign credit and complete checkout.

Buy campaign credits

Each credit is a one-time purchase for 30 calendar days of campaign runtime. Buy credits anytime from your dashboard—you can stack as many as you need.

Launch a Doro campaign

When you create a campaign, add credits in the form—each credit adds 30 days. While a campaign is active, add more credits to extend it. After it ends, revive it with credits and a new start date.

Members join and post

Local members claim seats on your campaign, visit your business, and submit authentic content. You review submissions in your dashboard.

  • 30 days per credit. Every credit adds 30 calendar days to a campaign. Stack credits when you create a campaign to set how long it runs.
  • Credits don't expire while unused—you can buy credits now and launch campaigns when you're ready.
  • Extend or revive. Add more credits while a campaign is still running to push out the end date. After a campaign ends, use credits and a new start date to revive it.
  • Buy in bulk. Purchase multiple credits in one Stripe checkout when you need several campaigns or a longer run.
