Quick answers to common questions about Local Treasure

How do I list my business on Local Treasure?

Visit our pricing page to choose a plan that fits your business needs, then create your business profile to start connecting with local customers.

How do you verify business listings?

We manually review all business applications and verify ownership through official documentation to ensure authentic, quality listings.

How long do likes and views count for UGC campaign points?

For each post, we count engagement for up to 7 days after it goes live, or until the campaign ends — whichever comes first. After that, stats for that post are finalized and points are calculated from those numbers. Duo partners are processed together once both of their engagement windows have finished.

How long do creators have to post after joining a UGC campaign?

After claiming a seat in the mobile app, creators have about 48 hours to publish a qualifying post that meets the campaign instructions. If they miss that window, the seat claim expires (they lose the seat), a strike may apply, and the seat can become available for another creator — subject to campaign capacity and rules in the app.

Can a creator stop after redeeming a reward if they won't post?

Creators who have not started the in-app reward can release their seat from the campaign screen without a missed-deadline strike, then may rejoin that campaign after a cooldown. After they've started redeeming, they can instead submit a reviewed request to opt out of posting; limits apply (for example, a small number of requests per rolling 90-day period). If approved, the seat is released without that strike, but they cannot join that same campaign again; if not, normal deadline and strike rules still apply.
